The 86 acres land is located next to LATAR Highway, giving it great visibility from the highway. It is a second parcel of the overall 148 acres land which is previously known as Kundang Lakes Country Club. The main concept of the development is a gated and guarded residential community with facilities such as club house, basketball court and swimming pool. Green areas act as a connection between row of houses, allowing pedestrian linkage to the club house. Certain parts of the land are also reserved for shophouses, mixed-use development and low cost housing.
